February 3 - Who Can Be Against Us?

Romans 8:31
“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?”
 
Can you imagine going into a battle knowing you cannot lose? 
 
That is exactly what happens when we allow the Lord to fight for us!
 
With Him on our side, we need not even say a word. 
His Words are the only ones that truly matter.
 
Psalm 27:1
“The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”
 
He is our Refuge.
He is our Strength. 
He is our Help.
 
Psalm 46:1-2
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.”
 
When you feel that the earth is being removed from beneath you feet… He is there.
When your mountain is moved into the midst of a stormy sea… He is there.
When the waters roar, and the waves crash around you… He is there.
 
He is a very present help in trouble.
He is a very present help in time of need.
 
Hebrews 4:16
“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
 
Trust Him today. Call out to Him in prayer, and talk to Him like you do your very best friend…because He is.
