Psalm 119:95
“The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider thy testimonies.” When enemies attack, consider His Word. When distresses appear, consider His Word. When persecutions arise, consider His Word. When we consider His Word, we consider Christ. Hebrews 12:2-3 “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.” Consider Him In Creation. Psalm 8:3-4 “When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?” Consider Him In Provision. 1 Samuel 12:24 “Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.” Consider Him In Exaltation. Deuteronomy 4:39 “Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the LORD he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.” Without Jesus Christ, we are nothing. We cannot do anything without Him, therefore we should consider Him in all that we do. If we want the Lord to order our steps, we must consider His Word in every aspect of our lives.
