August 6 - Let Us Consider.

Hebrews 10:24
“And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:”
 
What is your mind attentively fixed upon today?
 
Many people only consider themselves.
They are only concerned with what is best for them.
 
As God’s children, we can set an example for the world in how we consider one another.
 
Philippians 2:3
“Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.”
 
Romans 12:10
“Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;”
 
Open the door for someone. Let the other car go first. 
In this crazy world we live in, the “little” things that no longer seem so little.
 
Allow the world to see something, or rather Someone, different in you.
 
Hebrews 12:2
“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.”
 
Above all, consider Him.
