December 4 - The Actions Of A Lack Of Wisdom.

Proverbs 16:27-30
“An ungodly man diggeth up evil: and in his lips there is as a burning fire. A froward man soweth strife: and a whisperer separateth chief friends. A violent man enticeth his neighbour, and leadeth him into the way that is not good. He shutteth his eyes to devise froward things: moving his lips he bringeth evil to pass.”
 
A lack of wisdom leads to destruction. When we neglect to allow the Lord to work through us, our flesh gets the victory.
 
Digging up the dirt of the lives of others is ungodly. The information found can burn us alive before it destroys anyone else.
 
James 3:5
“Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!”
 
Sowing strife is dangerous and breeds confusion. The strife we sow can separate us from even those we hold dear to our hearts.
 
James 3:16
“For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.”
 
Deceiving others is a fruit of ungodliness. Those around us may not see for who we really are, but God does. People only see our outward appearance, while God sees our hearts.
 
Galatians 6:7-8
“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.”
 
Leading others away from the Truth is happening all around us today. Biblical discernment is the only way to distinguish between what is true or false.  
 
Romans 12:2
“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
 
When we lack godly wisdom we find ourselves surrounded by evil, strife, and confusion. This is why we must renew our minds each day through the Truth of the Word of God, for it is there where we find Wisdom to change our actions.
