January 23 - Fully Persuaded.

Romans 4:21
“And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.”
 
When situations around us cause doubt and discouragement to creep into our spirit, our level of persuasion that God is Able to meet our every need begins to decrease. 
 
It is in these times that we must be conscious of our condition, and remind ourselves of the ability of our Saviour.
 
2 Timothy 1:12
“For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.”
 
We must be fully persuaded that He is Able.
 
When He begins something, we can be certain that He will finish what He started.
 
Philippians 1:6
“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:”
 
How persuaded are you today?
 
May we be able to say that we are fully persuaded that He is Able.
