1 Corinthians 2:10
"But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God." Like a shining thread woven intricately in a remnant of tapestry, two words are frequently found together throughout the pages of Scripture. These two words are without a doubt intentionally placed in many verses all throughout both the Old and New Testaments…perhaps to continually remind us of the Truth that is found within them. “But God…” Two words, and just six letters…yet unending mercy and grace. Search the Scriptures to find the Truths connected to these two words. He intervenes. He protects. He directs. He promotes. He abides. He redirects. He delivers. He provides. He defends. He interjects. He redeems. He fights. He strengthens. He judges. He overthrows. He rebukes. He prepares. He forgives. He reproves. He knows. He heals. He loves. He confounds. He reveals. He gives. He destroys. He calls. He mediates. He forbids. He tries. He quickens. He is Faithful. 1 Corinthians 10:13 “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” He is Merciful. Ephesians 2:4-5 "But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)" Every moment, every circumstance, every sweet and every bitter situation, He is working for our good and His glory. No matter how dark, God has a purpose. No matter how bright, God has a plan. “But God…” Let Him intervene in your life today. Bible Reading: 2 Kings 17-18 | Ephesians 3
