June 9 - From The Beginning.

Psalm 119:160
“Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.”
 
From the beginning, God’s Word has been, and is, True.
 
Genesis 1:1,3
“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth… And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.”
 
God created the world through His Word, showing the importance and worth in what He says. The Word was present when God spoke the world into existence.
 
John 1:1-3
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”
 
When Jesus Christ was born in the flesh, His Deity never diminished. He was “full of grace and truth.” The Word of Truth came to earth and dwelt among us, the Creator among His creation.
 
John 1:14
“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”
 
The Word of God is as True as the God of the Word. The Scriptures are a pure revelation of Who God Is, and what He can do for His children.
 
Proverbs 30:5
“Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.”
 
If we want the Lord to order our steps, we must remember that the Word is True from the beginning.
