March 31 - The Faithfulness Of Our Creator.

Psalm 119:90
“Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.”
 
God not only preserves His Word to every generation, but He also gives His Faithfulness to every age. As Faithful as He was to Adam in the Garden of Eden, He is still as Faithful to us today, for He never changes.
 
He will never leave us nor forsake us, because He is Faithful.
Each generation receives new mercies every morning, because He is Faithful.
His mercy endureth for ever, because He is Faithful.
His Faithfulness enables us to have faith to believe the Gospel, because He gives us faith as a gift.
 
Ephesians 2:8
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:”
 
His Word contains not only His Gospel, but also His power.
Romans 1:16-17
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.”
 
His Word tells us that His Gospel is shown through His creation.
Romans 1:20
“For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:”
 
When God created the world and all that we see, He spoke it into existence. His Word is so powerful, that no labor was required. God spoke, and it happened. The same power that created the world, and rose Jesus Christ from the dead, is available to us today.
 
Ephesians 1:18-20
“The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,”
 
If we want the Lord to order our steps, we must submit to the faithfulness of our Creator through His Word.
