November 9 - Wise Reactions.

Proverbs 15:1-2
“A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger. The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness.”

Reactions are everything.
Much can be said about how we react to people and things. 

Just like we have a choice in what we say, our reactions are by choice.
Rather than react, we can choose to respond with Wisdom.

Speaking gently is wise.
Daniel 10:19
“And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace be unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my lord speak; for thou hast strengthened me.”

Submitting graciously is wise.
Philippians 2:14-16
“Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.”

Our reactions will either stir up anger or erase it.
The choice is ours.

React wisely today.
