Proverbs 14:5
“A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies.” Wisdom allows us to willingly tell the truth. Those who have only the perception of Wisdom are known for lying. Proverbs 14:6 “A scorner seeketh wisdom, and findeth it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth.” Wisdom is hidden to those who are full of scorn, but Wisdom allows and enables us to discern what is the Truth. Proverbs 14:7 “Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceivest not in him the lips of knowledge.” Wisdom allows us to perceive if our Spirit bears witness with that of others. Proverbs 14:8 “The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way: but the folly of fools is deceit.” Wisdom allows us to understand our way based upon what is written in the Word. Those who live without Wisdom and the Word will find themselves in foolishness, All of this is available to us when we choose to live by the Wisdom of the Word of God.
