2 Corinthians 4:6-10
“For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.” “the light of the knowledge of the glory of God” Find the bright side of your situation. There is a positive aspect to whatever you are going through today. It may not seem like it on the surface, but God has a reason for whatever your need is today. A reason that is both for your good, and His glory. “this treasure” We have the light of Christ in our hearts; a treasure that this world cannot compare, the very face of Jesus Christ. No matter what you are up against today, you have an opportunity to let the light of Christ shine through you. If you neglect to shine the light, you miss out on the blessings available to you despite the struggle you are facing. Look on the bright side… “troubled on every side, yet not distressed” “perplexed, but not in despair” “Persecuted, but not forsaken” “cast down, but not destroyed” You may be troubled, perplexed, persecuted and cast down…but you do not have to be distressed, in despair, forsaken, or destroyed. Matthew 5:16 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” When we shine so that others can see God, He gets the glory. Allow the bright side of “the light of the knowledge of the glory of God” to shine in your life today. Bible Reading: Isaiah 54-55 | John 5 | Psalm 70

I've been in a sad and problematic phase in my life before. I know what it feels like to be in a state of despair. However, praying has led me to where I am right now. God answered my prayers and guided me to a better life. If we're stuck in a hefty situation, always remember to ask help from God.
