September 17 - Wisely Choose Christ.

Proverbs 10:22
“The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.”

The unsearchable riches of Christ are given unto us by the grace of God.

Proverbs 10:23
“It is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding hath wisdom.”

Wisdom helps us to avoid sin, and restrain ourselves from even the appearance of evil.

Proverbs 10:24
“The fear of the wicked, it shall come upon him: but the desire of the righteous shall be granted.”

As we desire God’s will for our lives, He will give them to us. As we delight in Him, He changes our own will to desire whatever He has for us.

Proverbs 10:25
“As the whirlwind passeth, so is the wicked no more: but the righteous is an everlasting foundation.”
We must build our house upon the Rock of our Salvation. With Christ as our Foundation, we are safe and secure in Him forever.

We must wisely choose Christ in everything that we do. When He is at the center of our lives, He will work everything for our good and His glory.
