September 9 - If It Had Not Been.

Psalm 124:1-2
“If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say; If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us:”
 
Take a moment and earnestly consider this…
If it had not been for the Lord, where would you be?
 
What if He had not come as a baby?
What if He had not died on the cross?
What if He had not loved us that much?
 
What if He had not risen?
 
What if He had not given salvation?
What if He had not set you free?
 
What if He had not shown you mercy?
What if He had not given His grace?
 
What if your life had never been changed?
 
How many times has He forgiven?
How many times has He delivered?
How many times has He provided?
How many times has He directed?
How many times has He blessed?
 
Psalm 54:4
“Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.”
 
Psalm 118:6
“The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?”
 
Hebrews 13:5-6
“…for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.”
 
How many times?
